Terms of Service – NirasCode RPG Maker Save Editor

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NirasCode RPG Maker Save Editor at www.nirascode.online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NirasCode provides a free, browser-based save file editor for RPG Maker MZ (.rmmzsave) and RPG Maker MV (.rpgsave) games. The editor runs entirely in your browser — all file processing happens locally on your device.

3. Free Use

The online save editor is provided free of charge. A premium offline desktop version with additional features is available separately through our Patreon.

4. User Responsibilities

Backup your save files: Always create a backup of your original save files before editing. We are not responsible for corrupted or lost save data.
Game compatibility: The editor supports standard RPG Maker MZ and MV save formats. Games using custom encryption or heavily modified save structures may not be compatible.
Legal use: You are responsible for ensuring your use of save editing complies with the terms of the games you are modifying. We do not encourage or condone cheating in multiplayer or competitive contexts.

5. Intellectual Property

The NirasCode Save Editor, including its source code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of NirasCode. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the editor without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The editor will work with all RPG Maker games or save formats
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Edited save files will function correctly in all circumstances

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NirasCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of game progress, corrupted save files, or inability to use the editor.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
