NirasCode ("we", "us", "our") operates the RPG Maker Save Editor at www.nirascode.online. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our service.

The short version: Your save files are processed 100% locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit your game data to any server.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Save files: All .rmmzsave and .rpgsave files are read, edited, and saved entirely within your browser using the File System Access API. No file data is ever sent to our servers.
• Game data: Item names, variables, switches, and other game data files are read locally and never transmitted.
• Personal information: We do not require registration, login, or any personal information to use the editor.

3. Data We May Collect

We may collect minimal, anonymized usage data through our hosting provider (Vercel) for the purpose of maintaining service quality:

• Web analytics: Anonymous page view counts, general geographic region, browser type, and device category. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.
• Server logs: Standard HTTP request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts: We load the "Outfit" typeface from Google Fonts. Google may collect anonymized usage data as described in their Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Analytics: We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites.
• Patreon: If you choose to visit our Patreon page via links on this site, Patreon's own privacy policy applies.

5. Cookies

The NirasCode Save Editor does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services (such as Google Fonts) may set their own cookies according to their respective policies.

6. Data Security

We serve all pages over HTTPS with modern security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy). Since your save data never leaves your browser, there is no server-side data to protect — your files remain under your control at all times.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the editor requires no registration and collects no personal data, it is safe for users of all ages.
